Spicy Mango Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

~These are much healthier than regular shrimp tacos, with a tropical twist!~

Ingredients

  • 20-30 un-shelled shrimp
  • bibb lettuce
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • cilantro
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • tsp salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

  • In a frying pan, cook the shrimp with the paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper
  • Dice up the mango, onion, cilantro, and set aside in a separate dish
  • Dice up the shrimp and combine with the mango, onion, and cilantro mix
  • sprinkle the salt, pepper, paprika, and chili powder on the mixture
  • drizzle olive oil and lime juice on to taste, and mix it up
  • Spoon into the bibb lettuce, and wrap it up!
