Late Night Pick Me Up

Everyone has that late night craving where all you want is a sweet & salty snack.  We have a little something that will satisfy your taste buds AND not make you feel guilty 10 minutes later!

Peanut Butter Energy Bites

1 Cup dry oatmeal

½ Cup chocolate chips

½ cup peanut butter (of your choosing!)

½ Cup ground flax seed (I use Bob’s redmill flax seed)

⅓ cup honey

1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Put all of the ingredients in one bowl and stir until the mixture is thick. Then, roll the mixture into balls and store refrigerator!Screen Shot 2016-06-28 at 9.32.15 PM

Snack on!
